Covi was a proud and loyal cat who lived in the Hotel Villa Deja Blue, a cozy and colorful place that welcomed travelers from all over the world. Covi considered the hotel his castle, and he took his duty of guarding it very seriously. He would patrol the corridors, the gardens, the pool, and the rooftop terrace, keeping an eye out for any intruders or dangers. He would also greet the guests with a friendly meow and a rub against their legs, making them feel at home.

Covi had a special bond with the owner of the hotel, Mr. Anderson, who had rescued him from the streets when he was a kitten. Mr. Anderson treated Covi like his own son, giving him food, toys, and a comfortable bed in his office. Covi loved Mr. Anderson more than anything, and he would always follow him around and curl up on his lap whenever he had a chance.

One day, Covi noticed that something was wrong. Mr. Anderson looked sad and worried, and he was talking on the phone with a serious tone. Covi heard him say words like “bank,” “debt,” and “foreclosure.” Covi didn’t understand what they meant, but he sensed that they were bad news. He wanted to cheer up Mr. Anderson, but he didn’t know how.

The next day, Covi saw a group of strangers enter the hotel. They wore suits and ties, and they carried briefcases and papers. They looked stern and cold, and they ignored Covi’s friendly meows. They went straight to Mr. Anderson’s office, where they had a long and heated conversation. Covi heard them say words like “sell,” “evict,” and “demolish.” Covi realized that they were trying to take away his castle and his father. He felt a surge of anger and fear.

Covi decided that he had to do something to stop them. He waited until they left the office, and then he sneaked in behind them. He saw that they had left some of their papers on Mr. Anderson’s desk. He recognized them as the same papers that they had shown to Mr. Anderson earlier. He guessed that they were important documents that had something to do with their evil plan.

Covi jumped on the desk and grabbed one of the papers with his teeth. He ran out of the office, dodging the surprised strangers who tried to catch him. He ran through the hotel, looking for a safe place to hide the paper. He thought of the rooftop terrace, where he liked to sunbathe and watch the birds. He climbed up the stairs and reached the terrace, where he found a flower pot that was big enough to fit the paper inside.

He buried the paper under the soil and covered it with some leaves. He felt satisfied with his clever move. He hoped that by hiding the paper, he had somehow saved his castle and his father from the bad people.

Covi was enjoying a peaceful afternoon on the rooftop terrace of Hotel Villa Deja Blue. He was lying on a hammock, feeling the gentle breeze and the warm sun on his fur. He was dreaming of his favorite things: tuna, mice, and Mr. Anderson.

He was awakened by a loud noise that came from the street below. He opened his eyes and saw a big truck parked in front of the hotel. It had a sign that said: “Demolition Crew.” He also saw several men wearing helmets and carrying tools. They looked like they were ready to destroy something.

Covi felt a pang of fear. He remembered the paper he had hidden in the flower pot a few days ago. He wondered if it had anything to do with the truck and the men. He decided to check on it.

He jumped off the hammock and ran to the flower pot where he had buried the paper. He dug it out with his paws and took it out with his teeth. He looked at it and saw that it was a contract that said: “Agreement to sell Hotel Villa Deja Blue to MegaCorp for demolition and redevelopment.” It had some signatures and dates on it.

Covi realized that this was the paper that the strangers had shown to Mr. Anderson when they tried to take away his castle and his father. He also realized that this paper was not valid because he had stolen it before they could finalize the deal. He felt angry that they had come back to try again.

He decided that he had to do something to stop them. He ran down the stairs and reached the lobby, where he saw Mr. Anderson talking to one of the men in helmets. The man was holding another copy of the contract and was trying to persuade Mr. Anderson to sign it.

The man said: “Sorry, Mr. Anderson, but you know how business works. We have a better offer from MegaCorp, and they want to start the demolition as soon as possible. You have no choice but to sell us your hotel or face legal action.”

Covi saw that Mr. Anderson was about to give in to the pressure. He knew that he had to act fast.

He ran towards the man and jumped on him, biting his hand and scratching his face. The man screamed and dropped the contract on the floor.

He ran towards the man and jumped on him, biting his hand and scratching his face. The man screamed and dropped the remote control on the floor.
